Darryl Paiva

In May 2021, Darryl Paiva assumed the position of Managing Director and purchased the company from Aisling Craik.

He joined Meadowrose in September 2018 as a Field Service Engineer and subsequently served the company as Service Manager and then Technical Director.

Darryl holds a Higher National Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Light Current) from Wits Technikon in South Africa and is registered with the South African Institute of Electronic Technicians and Engineers (SAIETE). He secured broad based experience in software development and applications, and in the repair and calibration of specialised laboratory equipment for the life sciences and nuclear medical industries.

Darryl also has extensive business experience, as he has successfully owned and run his own company in South Africa with a 30 year plus record of achievement in fault diagnosis and the service, repair and calibration of specialised equipment for Scientific and Medical laboratories.

Meadowrose Scientific presented an exciting and rewarding opportunity for Darryl to offer his skills and experience into the UK market.
